Fairly True

AI and Image Policy

Last updated

We use AI.

Text

Our pieces are written by our editors. Sometimes an editor uses an AI assistant outside our publishing system to explore ideas, test structure or tighten wording. Every piece is read, rewritten where needed and approved by a person before publication.

Images

Our images are original illustrations and caricatures made for Fairly True. Some are made with AI-assisted tools. Each image aims at one clear absurd idea. We do not use third-party editorial photographs, film stills, posters or logos, and we do not present illustrations as documentary evidence.

Credits

Images carry a credit line. Where a piece uses a real event as its starting point, the illustration is still satire and is not a depiction of what happened.
